Terms and Conditions for Delaware SIGN Shop – [DSS]

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between DSS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “customer”) for the design, production, and installation of signage and related services.

1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required to initiate any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery.

3. Production & Installation

Production timelines vary based on project scope and materials. Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
Installation services are subject to site conditions. You must ensure access and readiness of the site.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, third-party contractors, or inaccessible installation areas.

· Standard turnaround is 7-8 business days from design approval.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

We offer a [e.g., 12-month] warranty on workmanship and materials under normal use.
Warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism, accidents, misuse, or environmental factors.
Maintenance services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled after design approval may incur charges for work already completed.
Custom products are non-refundable once production has started.
Refunds for defective products will be issued only after inspection and confirmation.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

7. Permits & Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities.
We can assist with guidance, but final compliance is your responsibility.
Or, we offer a permit filling fee of no less than $150 (does not include your town or state filing fees)

8. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Design & Artwork

All custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without prior written consent.
Final proofs must be approved by you in through our quoting system before production begins. We are not liable for errors once a proof is approved.

10. Acceptance

By placing an order with DSS , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Delaware SIGN Shop – [DSS] for VEHICLE INSTALLS

1. Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on installation against lifting, bubbling, or peeling.
Warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
Manufacturer warranty applies to vinyl material defects (subject to brand terms).

2. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for damage to paint or bodywork during wrap removal.
No responsibility for loss of business, income, or vehicle downtime.
Wraps are cosmetic and not intended to cover structural damage.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations after material order or prep may incur a $50+ fee.
Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Wrap Removal

Wrap removal is available at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for paint damage on vehicles with aftermarket or aged finishes

5. Wrap Care & Maintenance

Hand wash only with mild soap and water.
Avoid pressure washing, abrasive brushes, and automatic car washes.
Do not use wax, polish, or harsh chemicals on the wrap.
